Chef Harutoshi Suzuki prepares food with special attention to naturalness, harmony and restraint, in keeping with Nadaman's proud tradition of serving the best in Japanese cuisine. One of the highlights of the menu is the nine-course Kaiseki, which as explained by Suzuki, “is the art of transforming the blessings of nature into food”.
