Chef de cuisine Frederic Chabbert honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in France, London and Monaco before debuting in the award-winning Lafite restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, designed by Adam Thiany.

An advocate of achieving a distinct flavour and simply presenting a dish "the way it should be", his menu reflects this approach through his use of the freshest ingredients to prepare classic French meals.
