A passionate visionary of culinary delights, Chef de Cuisine Andreas Von Lonski, joined Coast Restaurant and Bar from Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa in Muscat, Oman.
The native 32 years old German chef started his apprenticeship with Reinhotel in Germany in 1997. After completing his training, Andreas took the opportunity to travel and developed his international culinary career from London to the Middle East. Bringing his experience, combined with his creativity on western cuisine, he will continue to enhance the menu at Coast with major emphasis on freshness and quality.
