We recommend advance reservations to avoid disappointment.

Arrival Time

An early arrival (a minimum of 20 minutes before your appointment) will enable you to fully enjoy the spa facilities and the pre-treatment regimes.

Before Your Treatment

Take a rejuvenating warm shower and relax in the bath or steam room before your appointment.

What To Wear

We will provide you with a comfy robe, spa attire and undergarments, spa slippers and amenities. During all the treatments, areas of the body not being worked on will be covered to ensure your privacy.

Valuables

Please do not bring or wear any expensive jewelry. The management will not bear responsibility for any loss or theft of valuables.

Special Health Concerns

Please notify the receptionist if you have any Special Health Concerns or allergies, or if you are pregnant. Treatment will be customised to suit your condition.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel, please inform us at least four hours ahead, so that we may re-schedule other appointments. Without cancellation, treatments will be charged in full.

Late Arrival

In order to be fair to all our guests, a late arrival will shorten your treatment, which will be carried out to the appointed time and no later. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, and the full rate will be charged accordingly.
