Chef Bok Thye Aun has been the Sous Chef of Peppino for 13 of his 26 years with Golden Sands Resort. He specializes in Italian cuisine. Together with his team, Chef Bok introduces new and innovative Italian fare regularly whilst providing traditional favourites.
