Ah Hoi's Kitchen introduces a new menu

The new a la carte menu at Ah Hoi’s Kitchen features a variety of new flavours.

New dishes include:
Crispy fried soft shell crab with chicken floss
Double boiled shark’s bone soup with dumpling
Scallops stir-fried with prawns and duo shimeiji mushrooms
Grilled pork ribs with coffee sauce
Poached spinach with conpoy and trio egg in superior stock
Deep-fried chicken with almond flakes in homemade lemon sauce
Beer steamed Sri Lankan crab
