A minimum lease of one month is required

• Full advance rental and security deposit to be received prior to check-in
• Stamp duty is payable by tenant for leases above 6 months
• Pro-rate off the monthly rate will be applicable for any extension of lease less than one month
• Pre-termination of lease is not allowed
